Our client is looking for someone with a Can do attitude who can help them grow their customer acquisition via online affiliates and partners as an Affiliate Manager. Working in one of their offices or remote, the role will also involve travel to various Industry events or to their different locations to meet partners or team members.
Its a great opportunity to be involved near the start of the growth of an online brand with great potential and a place where you can develop in the role and it can lead to managing the whole business area of Affiliates in time for the right candidate.
- Responsible for sales results for Affiliation through the companies online brands
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness
- Manage budgets
- Ensure affiliates are paid on time
- Monitor affiliates frauds, and optimise constantly portfolio
- Identify top performers and develop bespoke programs to reward key partners
- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliates
- Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve user journeys and marketing funnels
- Continuously search for new opportunities to increase the impact of the online brand worldwide
- iGaming experience of affiliation
- Network of contacts for online affiliates in worldwide markets
- Great communicator
- Methodical, numbers driven and well organised
- Open and responsive problem-solving skills
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Fluent in English, plus Russian language desired
- Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’
- Team player can work independently but likes to work with a team
