Ideally, the candidate will be educated to a degree level.

The right person will optimise creative and message within digital channels through adopting a test and learn approach, and collate competitor activity for regular distribution to trading, product and marketing teams.

Experience:

2+ years experience in online Casino marketing. Gaming sector experience is a must.

Skills:

• Have a passion for Casinos and understand it;
• Have extensive commercial experience in a similar digital marketing position;
• Have excellent English oral and written communication skills;
• Have strong planning and organizational skills;
• Be self-motivated, have the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative;
• Have strong attention to detail;
• Have high energy, drive and a sense of fun;
• HTML skills will be appreciated for this position

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and co-ordinate Casino marketing campaign;
• Preparing month to month schedule of emailing, SMS campaigns and other acquisition/ retention activities for Casino products;
• Developing, preparing, executing and optimizing regular attractive and cost effective operations to maximize players’ activity on Casino products;
• Conducting regular competitor operational and marketing analysis;
• Working with the Head of Casino to make a better product for Casino;
• Working with the customer service department to take care of the VIP Players;
• The candidate will work with the customer intelligence team to develop insight that will help the marketing, product and customer support;
• Manage a 7-day week display schedule across multiple betting channels;
• Define marketing strategy for CRM and retention activity i.e. keep active customers active;
• Constantly evaluate the campaigns you are running in order to improve efficiency and ROI;
• Manage the banners, game positioning, and overall promotions visibility;
• Create marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity, to generate return on investment and increase customer lifetime value
