One of our exciting clients is looking for a key member to join their Senior Leadership Team. The COO will collaborate in developing and implementing the Global Company Strategy, business plans and budgets and contribute to setting best operational practices.

The COO will organise and oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that the business is well coordinated and productive by managing procedures and people

The goal for this position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the organization to achieve and exceed business goals, objectives and expectations
  • Act as a leader within the organisation, ensuring that all operation functions are managed efficiently, effectively and able to motivate a team
  • Oversee customer support, payments, acquisition, marketing and managing relationships with key suppliers including PSP, game providers and negotiating new contracts
  • Responsible for the commercial control, development and success of online brands, products and services
  • Lead the operational integration and ongoing activities in various key regulated jurisdictions as well as in other key markets
  • Lead and collaborate with various stakeholders to align products and innovation in areas such as product deliveries, player acquisition and retention, customer relationship management and
  • business intelligence
  • Collaborate (lead) with product team & software developers to implement product roadmap in line with operational deadlines
  • Analyze current CRM activities in order to optimise and adjust as per the demanding needs of the business
  • Utilize available resources to accurately measure and improve operational performance
  • Act as a role model and ensure smooth internal communication between teams and departments
  • Use a data-driven approach to optimize decisions, procedures and processes
  • Drive innovation and new products’ development forward to support the ongoing growth
  • Provide clear targets and directions to all heads of departments
  • Implement compliance guidelines, operational KPIs and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships/agreements with Shareholders and the CEO
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management across the operations
  • Undertake value-added research and analysis of industry trends, market conditions, competitive market, legislation and technology needed for business planning and the decision-making process
  • Source, establish and implement new operational business and expansion activities including investments,
    acquisitions, etc
  • Support and challenge the Management team in establishing success metrics and key performance indicators to improve profitability
  • Ensure continuous and overall cost efficiency and quality across the business
  • Provide clear and accountable operational objectives, development plans, improvements and status reports to executives

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • Provide clear and accountable operational objectives, development plans, improvements and status reports to executive management
  • Take action and lead in the face of complex challenges
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
