One of our very exciting clients, who provide services to a number of iGaming operators is currently looking to strengthen their Account Management Department with this hire.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, provide technical assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for business expansion, assess risks, and adjust account strategies accordingly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, compliance, and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, evaluate account performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Candidates must be based in Malta and have previous experience in account management
- Excellent communication skills, specifically English. Any other language is a plus
- Interest in the iGaming industry. Previous experience directly in the industry is an advantage
