Japanese Speaking- Customer Support Agent

Our Client, an iGaming Provider, is seeking to recruit a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their growing team.

Main Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting players via chat and e-mail
  • Providing a high level of customer service to players
  • Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance to company guidelines
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
  • Promoting the brands values and products
  • Ensuring a professional working relationships with customers and colleagues

Main Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar position
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication and IT-skills
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English
  • You must be over 18 years old and have a clean police record
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work shift including weekends and public holidays
