Our Client, an iGaming Provider, is seeking to recruit a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their growing team.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting players via chat and e-mail
- Providing a high level of customer service to players
- Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance to company guidelines
- Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
- Promoting the brands values and products
- Ensuring a professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Previous experience in customer service or similar position
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Good communication and IT-skills
- Excellent written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English
- You must be over 18 years old and have a clean police record
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work shift including weekends and public holidays
