PSP Relationship Manager

One of our tier 1 iGaming clients is currently looking to strengthen their Payments Department, with this hire. Working very closely with the COO and Head of Payments.

The PSP Manager will take on responsibilities such as:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to payment services.
  • Conducting client meetings to review performance and address concerns
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance payment services and expand business with existing clients.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Payments on payment innovation and strategic partnerships.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor offerings to recommend improvements.
  • Acting as a strategic decision-maker in the absence of the Head of Payments.
  • Coordinating with the payments tech team to ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to optimize client satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in payment solutions or account management within the i-gaming industry (A must)
  • Strong understanding of payment processing and financial technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with the PaymentIQ platform
