Regional Sales Director

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales professional to manage and grow our pool of clients, liaising directly with the Head of Sales to review and discuss the objectives and targets. The main objective is to promote and secure partnerships with gambling operators and platforms through a relationship-based approach to add our games to their portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new opportunities within the online and land-based gambling operators and platforms
• Research prospective customers in order to determine their potential
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with platforms and operators to make sure our games are the priority – well positioned and promoted
• Represent the company on gaming conferences and trade shows locally and overseas
• Support partners throughout the Sales and Integration process until commercially live
• Coordinate sales effort with different departments: Marketing, IT, Account Management, Finance
• Identify opportunity to develop the product offering

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Extensive experience within the online and land base Gaming B2B industry as a Sales person or Account Manager
• Existing customer base of gambling platforms and operators is a must
• Strong knowledge of the Gaming industry
• Successful track record of negotiating strategic deals and delivering against the demanding sales targets
• Result driven and extremely organized with the ability to own your clients and Region
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and CRM
• Proficiency in English – any additional European language will be considered an advantage
