Are you a dynamic and target-driven individual with a passion for sales within the payments industry? One of our clients is looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team in Malta. This role offers a unique blend of prospecting and managing newly acquired accounts. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or account management, preferably within the financial services or Fin-tech sector, and will thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the payments industry through effective prospecting and lead-generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to drive business growth.

Account Management:

  • Manage newly acquired accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements

Sales Targets:

  • Work towards and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall revenue goals.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide informed insights.
  • Act as a knowledgeable representative for the company within the payments sector


  • Previous experience in sales or account management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ideally, experience within the financial services or fin-tech industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
