This role offers a unique blend of prospecting and managing newly acquired accounts. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or account management, preferably within the financial services or Fin-tech sector, and will thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the payments industry through effective prospecting and lead-generation strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to drive business growth.
- Manage newly acquired accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
- Work towards and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide informed insights.
- Act as a knowledgeable representative for the company within the payments sector
- Previous experience in sales or account management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ideally, experience within the financial services or fin-tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
