One of our exciting clients is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst who knows that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech and as an igaming business analyst, you’re needed to be highly skilled in both.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with teams across the company to maximize the effective use of the
- CRM system and uncover areas for enhancement.
- Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer data and engagement patterns.
- Assisting in launching new sales and marketing initiatives by creating targeted customer segments and monitoring their response.
- Evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Designing sophisticated optimization strategies for acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Keeping a close watch on business performance.
- Maintaining a proactive approach to continuously improving business outcomes.
- Evaluating customers’ online behaviour and providing insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the client’s experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with business process analysis, user requirements development and documentation
- 3+ years of experience in the igaming / betting industry (MUST)
- Knowledge of SQL
