One of our clients is seeking an Experienced VIP Manager to join their growing team. The VIP Manager will lead their VIP program and enhance the overall player experience for high-value customers in specific jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the online casino industry, a vast network of players in targeted regions, and a proven track record in player retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

VIP Player Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value players in specific jurisdictions.
  • Implement strategies to increase player engagement and loyalty.
  • Provide personalized support and assistance to VIP players, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

VIP Program Enhancement:

  • Design, implement, and continually improve the VIP program to cater to the unique preferences and requirements of players from targeted regions.
  • Identify opportunities to offer exclusive promotions, bonuses, and rewards to VIP players.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing campaigns for VIP players

Retention and Revenue Optimisation:

  • Analyze player behaviour and trends to develop strategies for player retention and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to VIP player activity.
  • Implement initiatives to maximize player lifetime value and increase revenue.
  • Compliance and Jurisdictional Knowledge

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including customer support, marketing, and finance, to provide a seamless VIP player experience.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to segment players and deliver targeted communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Hold access and relationships with high-value customers in different jurisdictions
  • Proven experience as a VIP Manager in the online casino arena
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing a world-class service, for our valuable customers, also on weekends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of player behaviour and motivation
  • Be open for business travels
  • Languages: Portuguese, Italian, French, Spanish – together with English
  • Be a good and positive person as a base for becoming a stronger and better employee
