Your Role
- Be part of our support team, collaborating to create innovation and excellency
- Troubleshoot systems and application issues, determine root cause and solutions
- Provide assistance to our clients, identifying their needs and advising them on the best approaches
- Suggest improvements, and help drive best practices through code review
- Maintain high performant systems capable of managing millions of transactions daily
- Configure and customize existing and new systems
- Set up, adjust and analyze monitoring and logging system
- Coordinate with other teams to improve our solutions providing excellency to our clients

Your Hard Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience with software development or support
Solid understanding of:
- Relational databases and SQL
- Linux environment and administration
- Network
Experience with:
- Java 8 or higher
- JavaScript Frameworks
- Python
- Git
Experience in the following is a plus:
- Spring (boot), Hibernate and JPA framework
- MS SQL stored procedure development
- Angular and React
- Cloud platforms
