Support Engineer

We’re looking for outstanding individuals to help support our software for our clients. You’ll be joining a team of like-minded professionals in a fast-paced, fulfilling environment.

Your Role:
• Be part of our support team, collaborating to create innovation and excellency
• Troubleshoot systems and application issues, determine root cause and solutions
• Provide assistance to our clients, identifying their needs and advising them on the best approaches
• Suggest improvements, and help drive best practices through code review
• Maintain high performant systems capable of managing millions of transactions daily
• Configure and customize existing and new systems
• Set up, adjust and analyze monitoring and logging system
• Coordinate with other teams to improve our solutions providing excellency to our clients

Your Hard Skills:
• At least 3 years’ experience in support
• Experience of SQL queries, program languages and ability to read logs
• Network experience
• Solid hands on experience of troubleshooting, configuring issues
• Communicating with clients on their issues
• Strong operational skills

Solid understanding of:
• Java
• SQL
• Linux
• Programming languages
