Business Account Manager – Payments & iGaming

We are a leading payment gateway company serving the iGaming industry, and we’re looking for a Business Account Manager to manage and develop client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business growth.
About the Role
As a Business Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a seamless payments experience while identifying strategic opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions, optimize performance, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Account Growth & Optimization – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients maximize the value of our payment solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Risk, and Technical teams to enhance client payment flows and resolve issues.
- Performance Monitoring – Track key performance metrics, analyse transaction data, and provide clients with insights to optimize their payment strategies.
- Problem-Solving & Support – Act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth payment operations.
- Industry & Market Awareness – Stay informed on iGaming industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging payment technologies to provide strategic guidance to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the payments industry is a MUST, with at least 1 year in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understanding of payment processing, PSPs, and alternative payment methods.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Willingness to be 100% office-based in Limassol, Cyprus.
