Exacta was founded in 2019 by two senior managers, each with many years’ experience in recruitment, business operations and finance, gained in the online gaming sector and in other fast-moving industries.
Over the years, our founders and staff have built up an enviable network of professional contacts and associates, not to mention a deep and broad understanding of the challenges facing young businesses.
Exacta is built on this experience and knowledge, and on the principles of mutual trust and hard work. Our reputation is critical to us, and our goal is to ensure your success.

Our Founders
Chris Vella
Managing Director
Christopher co-founded Exacta Solutions in 2019 after working for many years as Director and COO for an international group of companies in the recruitment, training and consulting sector. He has worked in the online gaming world since 2005 and has built a strong international network. Chris brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, management and consulting for small to medium-sized businesses, with a focus in Corporate Governance, Finance and Operations.
Anthony Hennessy
Commercial Director
Prior to co-founding Exacta Solutions in 2019 Anthony worked across the globe specializing in recruitment for over 10 years. With hands on commercial experience within Gaming Companies he as an excellent knowledge of B2B and B2C gaming operations throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. Anthony has a proven track record resourcing personnel for Casino, Sportsbook, Poker, Slots, E-Gaming and Technical Development projects.

Stephanie joined Exacta Solutions as Database Manager and Recruitment Consultant at the start of 2020. She comes from a strong background in hospitality and administration management. Her speciality within recruitment is within Operations, covering Customer Support, Human Resources and other operational roles.

With over 10 years experience in the gaming industry. Luca leads all Operations, Marketing and Product searches, including Commercial and Business development. Luca's background is in international recruitment and he has overseen long term recruitment projects both onsite and remotely. He has sourced people for clients for various countries across the globe including the US, UK, Europe, LATAM and Asia.
Mark O'Sullivan
Head of M&A Division
Mark manages the firm’s portfolio of M&A clients, stemming from the iGaming, video games and esports industries. A qualified individual with experience in M&A, due diligence, strategy, and government funding. He maintains a strong network of global industry stakeholders and is the Secretary General of the Malta Esports Association. He previously spent four years with KPMG as a Gaming Industries Specialist.
Rositsa Velikova
Recruitment Manager, Bulgaria
Rositsa joined Exacta Solutions after gaining strong experience in International Talent Acquisition. She has a background in business development and full-cycle high-level recruiting within EMEA. Rositsa’s focus for the last few years has been recruitment within the tech industry, finance and sales industry, with a focus on C-level roles. She successfully manages teams and helps companies with employer branding. Rositsa will be heading Exacta Solutions' newly opened Bulgaria office in Sofia.
