Casino Manager with Dutch

We are searching for a commercially driven and regulatory-savvy Online Casino Manager to spearhead operations for the Dutch market. The ideal candidate will blend operational excellence, product knowledge, and compliance expertise to manage and scale casino performance while ensuring adherence to local gaming laws.

This opportunity is open to professionals based in the Netherlands (Remote setup) or Malta (Hybrid office attendance).

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the Dutch online casino offering, ensuring smooth and compliant platform performance
• Align internal processes with market-specific legal requirements and operational best practices
• Tailor the player journey to Dutch user behaviour and expectations
• Curate and maintain a strong portfolio of casino games, ensuring variety, local appeal, and regulatory approval
• Liaise with game studios to secure high-performing titles that comply with KSA guidelines
• Evaluate and optimise game KPIs, including RTP, user engagement, and profit margins
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and RG teams to uphold Dutch regulatory standards
• Identify regulatory risks proactively and adapt operations to evolving legislation
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing player safety and protection
• Create and execute strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement
• Work with CRM to roll out reactivation and loyalty programs tailored to local preferences
• Coordinate with key teams such as Marketing, CRM, Customer Support, and Compliance to maintain alignment
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring product and service delivery are market-relevant and performance-driven
• Design market-specific promotional campaigns that adhere to local advertising restrictions and bonus regulations
• Use data insights to fine-tune promotional activities for maximum ROI

Ideal Profile:

• At least 7 years in the iGaming industry, with 2+ years in a senior or managerial casino operations role
• Proven background managing casino operations in a regulated environment, ideally with exposure to Dutch compliance (KSA)
• Deep understanding of Dutch market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and legal requirements
• Skilled in cross-functional leadership and project management
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-led decision making
• Knowledgeable in CRM tools, bonus systems, and full player lifecycle strategy
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch language is a big plus
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in ensuring compliance and performance alignment
