A leading international brand in the iGaming and fintech space is looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to lead its global marketing transformation. With presence in multiple regulated and emerging markets, the company is seeking a leader who can align brand strategy across regions while keeping local market relevance. This is offered as a Hybrid position in Europe or an On-site position in Armenia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global brand repositioning and ensure consistency across markets
- Build and scale a senior marketing team from the ground up
- Design and execute data-driven, high-impact campaigns to drive growth and engagement
- Collaborate with local market leads to adapt messaging to cultural and regulatory contexts
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI-focused strategies
- Oversee global sponsorship, partnerships, and brand events
- Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador, maintaining industry relationships
- Drive innovation, performance marketing, and cross-functional alignment across regions
Requirements:
- 10+ years in executive marketing roles within iGaming, or high growth B2C sectors
- 5+ years in iGaming on a Leadership role
- Proven success in global brand strategy and market repositioning
- Experience working across regulated and unregulated markets
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong background in marketing analytics, financial planning, and team building
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving transformation and scaling operations
