Our client is a fast-growing Martech company revolutionizing customer retention in e- commerce and iGaming through advanced CRM automation, gamification, and real- time engagement tools. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with their strategic iGaming partners and ensure they extract maximum value from our CRM and Gamification platform.

This is an on-site position offered in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the key point of contact for assigned clients throughout the customer journey
  • Lead onboarding and ensure a smooth platform adoption process
  • Understand business goals and align them with tailored success strategies
  • Provide product training and proactively solve client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial support
  • Capture client feedback to influence product development

What You Bring:

  • Experience in iGaming
  • Background in Account Management, CRM, or B2C VIP is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand complex client needs
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-driven
  • Tech-savvy or eager to quickly grasp technical products
  • Multilingual (English + Chinese is a must)
  • Familiarity working with SaaS platforms or marketing tech tools
