Digital Marketing Manager

One of our most established iGaming clients is looking to strengthen its Digital Marketing team with this hire. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for the planning, management, optimization, and analysis of the performance of media campaigns in several markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing planning for specific countries, including both performance-driven and branding campaigns;
  • Optimizing existing campaigns, while also searching for new growth opportunities;
  • Setting up campaigns in Adserver, together with tracking and other requirements to ensure we can view all data;
  • Creating design briefs for brand and performance campaigns and content for banners;
  • Proofread creative work done by the agencies;
  • Evaluate all media efforts regularly and in detail focusing on ROI and targets;
  • Report on performance on a weekly basis;
  • Build strong internal connections to ensure collaboration between the various departments, especially with other marketing teams, (Affiliates, SEO and PPC) to ensure we obtain the best results from the marketing mix set;
  • Report any irregularities in traffic;
  • Monitor the agency’s marketing spend, ensuring everything is in line with agreed budgets;

Skills & Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing management role, ideally with exposure to the iGaming industry.
  • You have a Marketing degree or marketing post-graduate certification;
  • You have experience working with digital media buying and digital optimization
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge in another language is considered an advantage);
  • You have experience in working on both performance marketing campaigns and brand campaigns (TV, Programmatic, Digital TV, PPC, SEO, and Social media);
  • You have worked with an Adsever tool and on different creative formats;
  • Experience in tags and GTM is not a requirement but will be considered an asset;
  • You are a confident communicator with excellent people skills;
  • You have superb project management skills;
  • You have excellent negotiation skills;
  • You are flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially using Excel.
