We’re on the hunt for a Head of Casino and Promotions to take full ownership of our casino content strategy, lobby optimization, and promotional roadmap. You’ll be the driving force behind a world-class gaming experience, ensuring our offering stays ahead of the curve. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the Americas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and lead the overall casino content and promotional strategy
• Own and optimize the casino lobby layout and UX for player engagement
• Work closely with Product, CRM, VIP, Design, and Compliance teams to deliver seamless, high-performing campaigns
• Lead content calendar planning and promotion execution, ensuring consistent delivery of exciting, player-centric campaigns
• Monitor performance data to continuously refine offerings and drive growth
• Identify content gaps and opportunities in partnership with game providers and internal stakeholders
• Champion player segmentation and personalization across promotions
• Set KPIs, track performance, and iterate on roadmap initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10+ years in a senior casino or promotions management role within social casino, crypto iGaming, or regulated real-money gaming
• Strong understanding of casino operations, game content management, and promotion mechanics
• Hands-on experience with casino lobby configuration, bonus tools, and promotion mechanics
• Proven success in lobby optimization and player engagement strategies
• Data-driven with experience in campaign performance analysis and ROI optimization
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Based in a location aligned with US time zones
