We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing B2C iGaming brand
with a strong presence across multiple regulated markets. Now they are expanding its
reach and brand presence in the Swedish market.

To support this growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Director / CMO
to lead market-specific marketing initiatives, manage local partnerships, and drive
customer acquisition and retention in Sweden.

You will own the go-to-market strategy, develop performance-driven marketing
campaigns, and act as the voice of the brand locally.

You’ll collaborate with product, CRM, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive
messaging and strong ROI across all channels.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven B2C environment,
and who brings a deep understanding of the Swedish iGaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a localised marketing strategy for the Swedish market in alignment
    with global goals.
  • Own the multi-channel media plan, including digital (PPC, paid social, SEO), affiliate,
    influencer, and offline partnerships.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution focused on player acquisition, engagement, and
    retention.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and partners to ensure consistent brand
    messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, product, and content teams to align campaigns with user
    journeys.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on data and
    A/B testing.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in
    Sweden.
  • Represent the Swedish market internally, bringing local insights and customer feedback
    to the broader marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position in B2C iGaming marketing, focused on the
    Swedish market.
  • Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing channels including Google, Meta,
    programmatic, and affiliate networks.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Hands-on experience with brand development, media planning, and campaign
    performance tracking.
  • Deep understanding of Swedish consumer behaviour and compliance in the online
    casino/sportsbook industry.
