We are a leading payment gateway company serving the iGaming industry, and we’re looking for a Payments Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our PSP network, and enhance our payment solutions across multiple markets. This position is based On-Site in Cyprus.

About the Role

As a Payments Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our payments ecosystem, securing new partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with payment providers, acquirers, and internal teams to enhance our payment offerings and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Strategy – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s PSP network and payment solutions.
  • Partnership Development – Establish and manage relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and alternative payment providers.
  • Market Expansion – Research and analyse emerging payment trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales & Negotiation – Drive contract negotiations, secure favourable terms, and close deals with payment partners.
  • Collaboration & Implementation – Work closely with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance) to ensure seamless integration and rollout of new payment solutions.
  • Revenue Growth – Develop strategies to optimize payment flows, increase approval rates, and maximize transaction volumes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in payments within iGaming, fintech, or PSPs.
  • A strong network in the payments industry with established connections to PSPs, acquirers, and payment providers.
  • Understanding of payment processing, PSP integrations, and alternative payment methods.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Willingness to be 100% office-based in Limassol, Cyprus.
