Senior BI Analyst

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior BI Analyst to lead critical business intelligence initiatives for a leading iGaming operator. In this strategic role, you’ll drive the company’s data vision, lead cross-functional BI projects, and deliver actionable insights that support executive decision-making. You’ll also act as a mentor to junior analysts and contribute to the ongoing innovation of data practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions—including dashboards, reports, and data models—primarily using Metabase
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow, DBT, and SQL to ensure efficient data integration and transformation
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define data strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and improve data quality and consistency across platforms and tools
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover business trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings in a clear, actionable format
• Optimize and scale existing data infrastructure, including warehousing and data flows
• Provide hands-on mentorship to junior and mid-level BI professionals, supporting their technical and professional growth

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in BI or data analytics roles, ideally in iGaming, e-commerce, or online product environments
• Strong command of SQL and experience using DBT and Airflow
• Familiarity with web analytics, customer data, and online business metrics (product, CRM, financial KPIs)
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and process automation
• Prior experience with Tableau or other modern BI tools
• A solid grasp of data governance and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
