Senior Payments Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking)

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-driven Senior Risk and Payments Specialist (Mandarin speaking) to manage and monitor customer withdrawal requests in an online casino.
You’ll play a key role in preventing fraud, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for anomalies, and the ability to collaborate

This vacancy is offered as a Hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify withdrawal requests following internal guidelines
• Investigate suspicious activity, document irregularities, and flag manipulated files
• Analyse customer behaviour and payment patterns to detect risk indicators
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for case resolution
• Maintain accurate and structured records of all investigations
• Recommend improvements to workflows and fraud controls
• Participate in rotational shifts, including weekends

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in payments or fraud prevention (at least 2 in the iGaming industry)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in identifying suspicious transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Skilled in document review and fraud detection techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Native level of Mandarin
• Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
