Exacta Solutions is a young and growing business with offices in Malta and Bulgaria. We are looking for an Operations and Admin Assistant who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks by handling administrative, organizational, and communication tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking and enjoys keeping things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to telephone, email, and the occasional face-to-face enquiries.
- Overseeing office maintenance and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Organising, maintaining, and filing financial and service-related documents.
- Organise company events and making travel arrangements for the team.
- Helping with the maintenance of the CRM system
- Assisting with procurement and third-party partners management, including Marketing
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to contribute to overall team success.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative, operations or marketing support roles is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Communication: A good command of the English language is a must
- Initiative: Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to take on new challenges.
