Affiliate Manager

Own and scale the affiliate programme by driving performance, strengthening partnerships, and optimising campaigns and processes for sustainable growth. Reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Office-based role using standard digital tools, in line with health and safety guidelines Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the affiliate programme to maximise performance and ROI
  • Monitor partner activity, analyse results, and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Manage campaigns across channels, ensuring effective execution and efficiency
  • Maintain platforms, content, and promotional materials with up-to-date and accurate information
  • Build and manage strong partner relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration
  • Identify and onboard new affiliates to expand the network
  • Align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing activities for greater impact
  • Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Improve workflows and introduce more efficient processes
  • Support retail/channel expansion where relevant
  • Follow internal policies and complete additional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in affiliate management, campaign optimisation, and partner relations
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Results-driven with a collaborative mindset
