CRM Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a CRM & Retention professional to drive player engagement and life-cycle performance within the South African market.This role focuses on planning and executing CRM initiatives across Casino and Sports products to increase activity, retention, and player value.
It is a hands-on position that combines campaign execution and data-driven optimisation, working closely with internal teams to ensure impactful, well-aligned delivery. This is Hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse player behaviour across Casino and Sports and build targeted segments for personalised communication
  • Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and revenue, and continuously optimise performance
  • Track daily activity and implement targeted offers to drive retention, reactivation, and monetisation
  • Work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and content teams to align campaign execution
  • Coordinate promotions end-to-end, including setup, QA, and performance evaluation
  • Contribute to building and improving automated journeys based on player behaviour
  • Assist with content updates and localisation where needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CRM experience within iGaming (ideally with previous experience in the South African market)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Smartico or similar)
  • Strong understanding of life-cycle marketing, segmentation, and retention strategies
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent English
