Customer Support Agent – German Speaking

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to support our customers by handling queries and working with other teams to resolve issues efficiently. The role requires effective workload management and ability to escalate technical/payment issues when needed. This is a Hybrid role based in Malta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping internal and external customers
  • Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved
  • Keeping customer request queues as low as possible
  • Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations)
  • Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload
  • Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company
  • Attending team meetings and activities
  • Escalating Technical Issues
  • Adhering to the Emergency Procedure

Requirements:

  • Graduation of high school or post-secondary school
  • Work experience preferably at least one year
  • Skills – strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software
  • Fluency in German both written and spoken
  • Ability to work on shift basis, rotating around 7 days per week.
