Customer Support Specialist

Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality support to customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolution of all inquiries. Reports to Customer Support Team Manager and collaborates across teams and external stakeholders. Office-based role using standard computer systems and tools, following health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Understand customer needs through active listening and provide clear, accurate information
  • Assist with troubleshooting and guide users through solutions
  • Maintain a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach
  • Follow up on cases to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Record all interactions, issues, and outcomes accurately
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Adhere to internal processes, SLA’s, and quality standards
  • Meet performance targets (KPI’s such as response time, quality, and satisfaction)
  • Support additional tasks as required by the manager

Requirements:

  • High school education
  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer support or call centre roles
  • Familiarity with support tools and MS Office
  • Languages: Uzbek and English
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
