Korean Speaking Customer Support Agent

Our partner, a growing international company based in Cyprus, is looking for a Korean Speaking Customer Support Agent to join its expanding team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop their customer service career and is open to relocating to Cyprus. The company will support successful candidates throughout the relocation and visa process.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support customers across multiple communication channels, including live chat, email and telephone.
• Provide professional and friendly support in both Korean and English.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, general enquiries and service requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across multiple brands.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and complaints.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved appropriately.
• Keep up to date with company products, procedures and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent/Professional Korean, both written and spoken.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, sales, telephone support or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to relocate to Cyprus.
• Experience supporting customers via live chat, email or telephone.
• Additional languages are considered an advantage.
